@Madegan  You'll need to provide a bit more detail for the forum to help.

What is the exact issue, any error messages on your TV?

@Madegan  I'm confused as to how a Sky Q box can affect your mobile signal?

Do you mean your box is having issues connecting to your broadband hub?  Can you be nmore specifi what box is affectig what box.  Have you tried all the steps here?

Maybe the phone is trying to use the Q as a wifi hotspot

not sure why it wouldn't drop back to direct connection to the router or 4G though.

Are you on sky broadband?

I think you can turn off the Q hotspot feature if you want your phone to just connect direct to your router which might be more stable.

Hi @Madegan   Perhaps the confusion is you are posting on the Sky Q community?

Well, yes: a cellular data connection with line of sight to a mast is quite likely to be 'better' than poor local WiFi within a building.

@Madegan  So which  Sky TV service do you have?    You will have either Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky stream/Sky Glass.

As the description "Sky Box" covers all of the above and the Sky broadband Hub.
