TV switches off every 20 minutes

Since downloading the latest software on the Sky Q Box, I am now having problems with the TV turning off every 20 minutes.

I have a Sony Bravia TV with the Stand By settings switched off .  The Sky Q box is switched on to Eco Which turns off at 2am.

this is very frustrating and looking forward to solving this problem ASAP ?
