TV screen going blank

The Tv screen keeps going blank for a second when watch through Sky Q box. I have done all the instructions advised, switching of and rebooting. We have checked all the connections and replaced the HDMI cable and it's still happening.

You said 'shortly' this was this morning, I have had nothing today, please can you give me an expected timeline.
