@FiFi060402  A "No Signal" message is your TV, do you actually mean "No Satellite Signal"?  which is something different.

If the latter please follow the steps here https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-q/fixing-sky-q/fixing-live-tv/no-satellite-signal/articl...

@FiFi060402

Then as indicated that's from your TV not your Sky box.

@FiFi060402  Then in that case your TV isn't either recognising the box or it's on the wrong HDMI input,  you'll need to use the TV remote to scroll through the inputs, if after doing this it still doesn't find your Sky Q box then try the following:

Using the Sky remote with the Q box powered on press Home1080Home, this should reset the resolution on your box to 1080 allowing the TV to pick up the Sky Q box.

@FiFi060402

We are human. This is a customer helps customer forum so you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. Sky won't be able to help you with that message as it's not connected to a Sky Q issue.

@FiFi060402  If you follow the steps in my 2nd post you shouldn't need to call Sky.   If you do you'll only be told to follow these steps also.
