TV input source
Message on TV saying no connection to cable or stellite box yet both have been checked and apparently connections are good. Lost tv connection, no reason why.

Turn them both off, take the HDMI cable out and reinsert, preferably try a different input and/or a different HDMI cable on the TV. Do you have another device to use that uses HDMI? A DVD, PlayStation or Xbox perhaps? Do you have another screen (monitor or TV) to try plugging the TV box into?
