TV flashes and loses connection

Mini box - TV flashes and often loses connection. Tried rebooting - works for about ten minutes then it happens again. Checked all the cables. Seem to be fine. Before I replace the TV perhaps it’s a fault with the mini box? I’ve fairly recently changed to full fibre.

Nope. I jumped through all the hoops. Reboot etc. Ran up and down stairs many times.
Now I have to "prove" that there might be an issue with my mini box by connecting it to the downstairs telly. Really???? I have no blooming clue. I also have to go and purchase a new HDMI cable.

So - problem still persists. The mini box is very old and I think I'm paying £15 a month for the convenience of watching telly in my bedroom. Actually the only place.

You'd think a mega company like Sky would just replace the old equipment
