TNT unavailable

TNT channels are not broadcasting saying that there is NO SIGNAL !!!! This is happening 2 - 3 x per day ??? I need to speak to SKY as they promised me Refund of monies for this fault ??

Is it no signal or no satellite signal?

Hi @Stev7    You can always watch TNT Sport on Discovery+. But assuming that you mean No satellite signal rather than No signal (TV on wrong HDML input) you need to get your satellite dish realigned.

TNT channels are broadcasting!

 

In all likelihood, your dish is slightly out of alignment and will need an engineer to put it right. TNT channels are usually the first affected by a misaligned dish.

 

I wouldn't have thought any refund would be paid if, indeed, the problem is as described above.
