TNT sports not working

My discovery app has stopped showing TNT sports. It says contact provider to activate. But my account says it's already activated

Who do you pay for TNT Sports?

Sky or BT?

Hi @iffy111

There is no such thing as a discovery/TNT package..

Discovery plus is an App that is free to Sky Subscribers but must be Activated.

TNT Sports is a TV Package that is available on Q from either BT or Sky.

If you subscribe and. Pay Sky for TNT Sports then Discovery plus on Sky (if Actvated) is upgraded to Premium.

If you Pay BT for TNT Sports then you do not get the Upgrade.

sorry that's what I meant we have TNT with the discovery upgrade, it works on the tv but not through the app, it use to work but has suddenly stopped

We have got a discovery + account and have TNT sports as part of our Sky package. I have downloaded the app and can watch everything other than the live sport that I want to be able to stream on my device when I'm away from my lounge! What is wrong as I just get contact your provider to find out how to watch
