TNT on minibox

I've always been able to get bt sport on my minibox with my multiroom subscription and having bt sport through sky. As of Saturday I could get TNT on the minibox but it wouldn't record. Now I can't get anything on the channel except a message about a subscription. Do I need to pay more now?

Hi @TNNL

If you subscribing to BT (TNT) Sport through your Sky Q subscription (and have active Q Multiscreen subscription) then you should still get TNT Sport (recordable) on minis.

Try Rebooting your main Q box and then reboot the mini

To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

Re: TNT on minibox

I have tried as recommended but it hasn't worked.   I can get TNT on main sky Q box but not on mini Q box.  I could never get BT sport on the mini Q box as was told i'd need a second BT Sport subscription which seems crazy.  I had hoped that with the change to TNT things might be a little easier.  Any help gratyefully received.

Hi @cosmoparker

If you subscribe to TNT Sport through Sky then you can watch on Mini boxes (provided you have the necessary Monthly Multiscreen subscription). Also through Sky TNT Sport in HD is included.
If you subscribe through BT directly then to receive TNT Sport on Minis you need to pay BT’s monthly second box charge. One monthly charge covers all minis. Also to receive TNT Sport in HD there is an additional BT monthly charge when subscribing though BT.

This hasn't changed with BT Sport becoming TNT Sports.

@cosmoparker if you pay BT for the TNT sports subscription then you still need the additional box subscription at £6.00 nothing has changed due to the change of name

Re: TNT on minibox

Thanks for all the advice.  I do have  Multiscreen so not sure why TNT isn't available on the second sky q box.  Just tried phoning Sky having eventually found a number that works.  They're blatantly not keen to speak to anyone these days.  On being told the queue is 45 minute long I hung up. Not sure why we pay all this money for this sort of service!

@cosmoparker do you pay Sky for your TNT subscription or do you pay direct to BT
