TNT not working

I have TNT sports package as an added extra on my sky Q package but it has not been working for weeks now. It says there is no satellite signal for the TNT channels but all of my other channels are working and I've done all of the diagnostic checks and it's not saying there are any issues with anything on my Sky Q box or apps, I am trying to watch the football and haven't been able to for weeks but I'm still being charged for this service... Help!

@Chelsea85 your dish may be misaligned slightly best to contact Sky and get an engineer out to chech your dish alignment
