Sky Q box keeps going into standby and doesn't respond to power switch on hand set

My Qbox keeps reverting to stanby when the TV is switched off. and doesn't respond when pressing the power button the sky remote.  I have turned all the standby preference settings to off.  I only only way to get the box to switch in is to tuen the power on/off, which is a real pain.  What is the fix for this?

I would change the standby settings to ACTIVE for the main Sky box and also for any additional mini boxes.

Need help as nothing works on hand set or box also sources does not show sky q despite broadband perfect

My sky box won't hold only for 2 hours. Then back to ordinary TV  the hand set doesn't work either
