TNT and HBO issues

So, pay for TNT and watched cycling on Discovery+ to watch (some) races without ads. Now HBO has launched, I cannot access TNT either via the red button or via the Sky TV HBO app - it's saying I need to add it. But I already pay for it! I can watch on the regular TNT channels but the ads are so annoying.

Any tips?
