I subscribe to TNT Sport through BT.
It works fine on my main SkyQ box but will not play/connect through my mini box?
Any ideas?

For BT customers it is usually cheaper to go to BT for TNT Sports.
You should find Discovery+ on the second box will give you TNT Sport access.

Would it be easy to swap the Main Sky Box with thw Mini Box so it brings TNT direct to the TV we want it on?

Afraid you cannot swap the BT TNT subscription from main to mini @AMBERSPICE
Subscribing through BT the main Q box automatically has the TNT Sports content. Only way to get it on a mini through BT is to pay BT's second box charge. One charge covers all minis.

Could I move the Main Sky Q Box to the tv here we want to watch TNT and replace the Main Box with the Mini Q Box?

I subscribe to TNT sports via BT but didn't want to pay extra to watch on a mini box so didn't give my viewing card number to BT to watch on the Sky Q box
It would be easier to connect a firetv stick to the TV you want to watch TNT sports on and watch TNT sports via the Discovery+ app @AMBERSPICE

Thanks. Watching Through Discovery Plus though - would that mean another subscription? Sorry I'm not sure what a Firestick is.

No.
If you pay BT, EE or Sky for TNT Sports it comes with Discovery+ Premium access, but you need to activate it before you can sign in and watch via the app: https://www.bt.com/sport/activate-discovery-plus/
A fire stick is a cheap streaming device from Amazon, it is a good value way to get apps like Discovery+ on a non smart TV to watch in another room. It is small so you can literally walk it round the house and plug it in where you want to watch.
