I have just signed up. All channells are perfect but TNT either has no signal or is pixelated. I can see this is a known probem. I imagine the frequencies are on the peripheries? So I guess as it hasnt been fixed, its not going to be? I dont want to pay for engineer visits which aren't needed, Should I just cancel?

If you are within your cooling off period then that's your prerogative.
But as noted, engineer visits for faults are not generally charged.
