I upgraded to Sky Sports extra 2 weeks ago, but checked TNT HD and i cannot view, but i can view sports on TNT SD. When pressing the red button on the HD channels i'm being told i'm already subscribed but still can't view in HD. I'm subscribed to HD for all packages so this shouldn't be an issue
I'm wondering if Sky Support can do any troubleshooting from complaints in this forum? I ran Sky and was 20 mins being passed from one support to another, only for them to cut me off and they ended the call. I haven't the heart or the patience to spend another 20 mins on a call for nothing to be done, so just wondering if anyone knows if support can be given through the forum?
