TNT Sports Ultimate UHD with Sky Q

So I am trying to ascertain affirmatively that TNT Sports Ultimate UHD is available in Sky Q and trying to understand exactly what packs/upgrades would I need to get it (I am a new customer, I don't have Sky at the moment). So on the ordering page I select the "TNT Sports" package and the Ultra HD + HD package, so this should give me TNT Sports Ultimate UHD right? Well not according to the ordering page. Selecting What's Included on the "TNT Sports" package shows this:

Clearly says HD only. Selecting What's Included on the Ultra HD + HD package I get this:

Again no mention of TNT Sports Ultimate UHD. Finally if I scroll down and look at the FAQs question 12. covers "How do I get TNT Sports on Sky?":

This clearly says: "Sky Q customers can upgrade and get TNT Sports Ultimate UHD with the Sky Q Experience pack". Now on my ordering screen there is nothing called the "Sky Q Experience pack". So which one is it then? WilI I get TNT Sports Ultimate UHD if I get the Ultra HD + HD package and if so where can I see evidence of that?

@Turribeach If you buy TNT Sports via Sky and add the UHD pack, you get TNT Sport Ultimate. If you don't add the UHD pack, you get HD as standard. 

Edited to add:

I can see why there is confusion, it always used to be that you had to have the UHD pack to see Ultimate, whereas even the latest help pages are not clear and suggest you get TNT Sport Ultimate if you simply buy the TNT Sports pack.

No mention of UHD
