TNT Sports Only Showing In SD

I pay a monthly subscription to Sky for TNT Sports HD.

 

Channel 410 (which was TNT Sports HD) has now switched with channel 868 (TNT Sports SD) leaving me unable to watch the subscription in HD, only SD.

 

When I try to view Channel 868 which is now listed as TNT Sports HD, I recieve the message 'to watch this channel, you need to upgrade your package' I therefore press the red button to upgrade only to recieve a notification saying 'you're already subscribed'.

 

Even more bizarrely, Sky TV only offer TNT Sports in HD.

 

Any help on how to fix this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Yes I've previously been asked to try that when calling customer support.

 

The issue has previously been fixed by resending the signal, only for the issue to happen again a couple of weeks later.

 

Additionally Sky have replaced both the Sky box and viewing card in the last month.

I'm afraid not.

 

The usual issues around TNT Sports SD relate to those paying BT for access, not Sky, because as you say, HD is standard.

 

Have you activated discovery+ out of interest? Are you able to watch TNT Sports in HD via the app?
