TNT Sports Box Office WWE Events PPV
I currently have an issue with purchasing WWE PPV events directly from the sky box despite being able to in the past. We originally purchased an event from the website for the the intial purchase allowing us the be able to do directly from the sky box thereafter which worked for a while.
We then had the issue where we were unable to so and contacted the TNT box office to try to resolve the issue. Due to waiting for their technical to call back (which they never did) we were unable to fully resolve with the TNT sorts box office team prior to the start of the recent WWE in Sept 23 and since that time the lines have remained closed.
I am unable to get through to anyone in TNT to try and tackle the issue. Usually the lines open around 48-72 hours prior to the next an event but for some reason this time they have not reopened for this next event 'Crown Jewels' which is 24 hrs away so we are still stuck in a position where we can't purchase.

Hi
I did manage to get through on the main box office line today and they resolved the issue by deactivating and then reactivating the account.
They also confirmed that the lines are only ever open on the actual day and the following day if any event.
