Switched broadband provider

I have just switched broadband provider. I reconnected my Sky q. It shows I have a network and internet connection but will not dowload any content - movies etc. Any attwmpted downloads just freeze. Live content is fine and the mini boxes are connected and working for live tv.   2 smart tvs are having the same issue but my laptop and mobile phone seem to be working fine. Anyone got any ideas?
