I switched from sky broadband to eir fibre the other day and now my sky keeps disconnecting from the Internet. I connect it and within 5 or 10mins it disconnects. Tried a reset, powered off broadband powered of sky notin works and none of my mini boxes will work. Rang sky and they were no help said they send an engineer out in a week so frustrating every other device in the house is connected to the broadband fine
