I have swapped Samsung TVs between rooms. I cannot control the sound/on-off with one of the Sky Q remotes. I have tried re pairing but the setup returns "can't find your TV". The TV worked perfectly with the other mini box.
I have tried selecting Vetel and Other brand but none of these options work. I have also tried power failing everything.

With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote. Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times. Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
My Samsung soundbar was blocking the signal to the TV!
Put the soundbar on the floor and I was then able to pair the remote.
I may have to experiment with the position of the soundbar (or maybe just ditch it).
I have the same kind of problem with my LG TV (the soundbar is blocking the IR signal from the remote. I solved this by pointing the remote at the ceiling and letting the signal bounce down to the TV.
