Suspect Sky box has failed

Have tried help topics regards switching off box and associated devices, and rebooted all. But Sky box  not responding, suspect box is outdated and will not support software updates. Would Sky normally replace outdated equipment ?

Hi @Ocean181280   There is no such thing as an outdated Sky Q box, are you referring to the old Sky + boxes which are owned by customers?

If it is a Q box then it's just loaned to you so with any failure they'll replace it.  (But not necessarily to a 'better' box, e.g. HDR)
