We have subtitles set to on via the accessibility menu however on many occasions when turning Sky Q on subtitles do not work, I have to unplug the Sky Q box & plug back in. When the box is ready to go again the subtitles are back. I am constantly having to do this process & it is Irrespective of whether I set subtitles to 'always on' via accessibility menu or have them turned off & only select when needed. Is this a known bug?
