Hi.
I have only noticed this today, prior to this happening I was able to select the subtitle option when I wanted it but now I have to turn the subtitles off unless I want them on which is usually when there is poor audio and I am finding it difficult to hear the dialogue clearly.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Cheers 🍻

Hi @Mikeyboy67
To turn Subtitles off globally you need to turn them off in Home - Settings - Accessibility.

@oldfella - yes I do know about that it's just that then when I want to enable subtitles I will have to go back into that particular menu or as @MightyQuinn says use a voice command to switch them back on.
Thanks anyway !

Hi @Mikeyboy67
No you do not need to go back into the accessibility menu.
If you turn subtitles on using the Question mark button they will only be on for the channel you are currently watching.

I just found out the problem.
For some reason subtitles in the Accessibilty menu were enabled even though I didn't change it.
I have just turned it off again and it is now how it used to be, I only have subtitles on when I want them on!

Hi @Mikeyboy67
Just bear mind that if you use voice control to turn Subtitles On or Off this changes the accessibility setting

Sorry @oldfella, I turned the subtitles ON usinng the Quetion Mark.
The only way I could prevent them switching on again every time I changed channel was to use a voice command.
