Subscription not working

I pay for sky sports but it says I need to upgrade to watch when I put the channel on. I can watch on sky go but not when I go through my tv box. I can't find a number to call any help please

@Eugenehud  You've posted this in the Glass TV forum, but you have posted you have a sky box, which one?  Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky Stream

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
