I'm currently on a basic £15 a month package so why is it going to cost me £45 a month to add sports channels its ridiculous

I'm assuming that you're getting these prices from the website?   I'd always take my prices over the phone and barter them down, every time.  If you're on any discounts or a SKY VIP, this can also help.

But do call them up.

It could be that you need Signature as a prerequisite.  You might be able to negotiate a better price - but would require 18 month commitment.

Hi @Fcfaithful Are you looking to add all sports or 1, like F1?  The reason I ask is there's a deal on the website right now for F1:

Even if it's not F1, if you're looking to add, 1 sport as opposed to all, there may well be a deal to be done.

@Ecosse it will still cost the OP at least £41 a month as they will have to upgrade from essentials to Sky signature to add any other channel or pack.
