I've had mine for 3 years now and do a full reboot around every 3 months to clear out any cobwebs.
I'd suggest fully rebooting both the router and the Sky Q main box & minis.
Unplug all of them, same time, from the wall for at least 30 seconds.
Plug back in the router only, get it up and running, and run a speed test on your mobile. Now plug back in the Sky Q box, go to settings, and reset the network settings section. Then scan for your router, add in your password, and hopefully, you're back up and running. Now turn on the minis and re-pair to the main Q box.
EDIT: How full is your HDD? Obviously, the fuller HDDs will impact the performance of the boxes.
