Stuck waiting

I complained a week ago that my SkyQ. equipment was not working correctly and I wanted them replacing.  The advisor said he was sending 2 new boxes (SkyQ and multi-room).  I have neither heard nor received anything since.  How long do they expect customers to wait!

Sky will arrange a doorstep box swap whereby a courier company (DPD or DHL in the UK) deliver a new box and take your faulty box away so remember to remove the viewing card from the old main box before it disappears into the van.

 

You may need to call Sky to chase this up.

I'd love to contact them but there is no phone number and I'm just going  round and round on their website.

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a number starting 0333.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number. (Customer Services in the ROI are not open at weekends).
