Stuck on Step 2 of 4

I have lost connectivity.  I am at Step 2 of 4.  The screen is saying "Go to a nearby connected Sky product and press and hold the arrows button until it flashes.  But the light on this button is already flashing, and pressing it does not make anything happen.

Hi @FredJK 

Following a Network reset you  need to press the WPS button on another connected Q device not the one connected to the TV where you get the message.

Normally when connecting a mini you need to press the WPS 
button on the main Q box (not the mini).

If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box
