Discussion topic: Streaming nip/ tuck on sky Q

We have been watching nip/tuck streamed on q box.

Normally it just downloads the next episode when we delete the episode we have just watched.

This stopped happening last night, we watched Series 4, ep6, deleted it as usual and nothing happened. No automatic down load and no way to find the next episode.

Any ideas?
