Still can’t record on sky q despite getting a new main box.
The hard drive in my sky q box recently failed and I got a replacement box from sky. It still won't record and either says this program cannot be recorded or it appears to be going to record something but then it says power failure and there is no recording. Could it be that the new box is also faulty? The f1 did by record this morning and that's the main reason I still have sky. Thank you.

Try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if necessary-
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Hello, I've tried that. If I reset the box it will record for a few hours then the same thing is happening. I've followed the online troubleshooting from sky and it says I need a new box. But I have a new box. Not sure how they would react to me ordering another. Could it be the viewing card? Thank you.
