I subscribed to Disney+ and saw from my statements I was being charged twice each month. I cancelled my subscription for Disney+ completely and it even confirms on screen that I don't have an active Disney+ account yet I am still being charged. I completed the cancellation process via Sky account and I can see it's worked as I'm only being charged once a month now but I cancelled the whole package so cannot understand how I'm still being charged. (I didnt subscribe via a third party either). I've contacted Sky directly and they couldn't see anything

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt sounds like you have an additional, separate subscription directly with Disney+ which you would need to cancel with them.

@Mark39 Thank you. I looked at my account via the TV menu, then My Sky and can now see it's 'pending cancellation'.
