Start screen opens too big
Every now and again, when I turn the Sky Q box on, the picture/screen doesn't display properly. It's like it's zoomed in X 20 and only shows 'sky' against the blue background, the time and 1/4 of a preview screen of the last channel I had on. Unplugging and plugging back in again normally solves it but over the last few days it's been doing it every day, sometimes twice or three times so is getting rather tedious. I can't attach a screenshot otherwise I would. Does this sound familiar or happens to anyone else please?

Hi @Ecb4157 Is there anything special about your setup and connections . Are you using the Sky Q supplied HDMI lead and what have you set the Sky Q resolution to etc.

Hi there. I don't believe I've got any special set up/settings - have had 2 engineers out (not to do with this) since September and I'm just using what they've set it to. Sorry, I know that probably doesn't help...
