Why does starlink keep dropping out only when I connect to Sky q

@Charliepanda Sky Q boxes use a proprietary WiFi set up which means only the main Sky Q box connects to any router which doesnt support the system like your Starlink router.. Any Sky Q mini boxes normalky have to be networked to the main Q box not the router unless using an Ethernet cable. Sky can provide .boosters if you have Q minis that will not remain connected to the mmain Q box or in some cases can provide other solutions. .

@Charliepanda  Your post has been moved from the Broadband Board as you don't have Sky Broadband, therefore your issue is not Sky Broadband related.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Is the starlink connection completely failing or just the Q connection to it?
