Soya box won’t switch on

About for times my skyQ box won't switch. Stays as Amber not Green. I switch off at plug and on again and it does work. But I think I have a problem with the SkyQ box.

About 4 times the SkyQ box won't go from amber to green.  I've switched off at plug and got it working, but I think I have a problem with the box.

Hi @Stevr 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.
