Source mode issues

When first switching on I often can't get connected and a message comes up unknown source mode. This has only happened since I received a new sky q box, I have done all the usual things over and over, sometimes 5 times before I can get a connection, ( switching off at mains) I have changed the connection wire after speaking to one of your advisors. This problem isn't going away, I am fed up with pretty much every other day haven't to switch off and on.

i need help with this.

Which replacement HDMI cable did you use?

 

Is the box set to output 2160p / 10bit ?

You said you'd tried another cable?

 

Check your video settings for the other question.

Can't see the output resolution?

 

and the cable? Did Sky send a new one or something?
