Source input button not working on remote

Every button and voice control is working on my remote but the right hand top button for input does not work don't know what to do thanks

Use the TV remote instead.

Only other thing you can do is try different codes for your TV manufacturer by restarting the remote setup. But if you put the exact model in and the source button doesn't work then that's that, I think.

The only other buttons that affect the TV are volume and long press on power. So for a lot of things you need the TV remote anyway.
