Sound distortion on new sky box

Sound issues with all sound blending into one on all channels. Have to reset box four to five times a day to address.

What are your sound settings on your Q?

 

Have you also tried power cycling your TV (and checking for any firmware updates?)

 

Have you checked your HDMI lead?  (Is it standard length?)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Thanks for that. It's a new sky q box installed in August but had same issue three to four times a day, you have to switch off box and reset to correct. Tv and settings checked and set as per normal no issues to note. Standard hdmi cable length and settings haven't changed since initial setup.
