Sound and image dropping out.
For weeks now we've experienced sound and image dropping out with our sky Q box. It's basically impossible to watch anything without interruptions every programme. I have reset the box (factory) and checked all the HDMI cables. I have no issue with any other equipment connected to my TV. Only the Sky Q. How can I get sky to talk to me and sort out a replacement box? Online help articles are utterly useless.

appreciate the fast comments. Seems
both of those links take me to a page that says Check My Sky Q. Can't seem to find anywhere on either page that takes
me to anything other than 'your sky Q box looks like it's working'. Any other ideas?

One of the links did allow me to try ordering a new box, but I'm having to lie about the fault to continue. What's Sky's stance on that? I dont want to be charged for a faulty item because it wasn't the fault i declared.
