Sound Synchronisation

The sound on my TV is not synchronised with the picture. 
This happens on live television and on recordings

Hi @JuneR19   Home -> Settings-> Setup-> Audio visual -> Digital audio delay HDMI.  If the audio is ahead of the picture, there is nothing you can do.
