@Mike+2021 Nothing to do with weather (unless it was heaving rain or snow) as the signal you get is a nationwide coverage, if the weather affected a satellite signal in this way you can bet there woud be dozens of posts/threads about it.
It is likely to either me a LNB or dish issue and you'll need to contact Sky to arrnage an engineer visit.
