Some channels poor quality

Hi there, some of my channels are very poor while some are absolutely fine. Virgin one, virgin 2 and sky showcase are all very poor quality to name but a few. My signal strength is 100 percent but my signal strength is at 50. Any help please. Regards Philip

I'm guessing they are SD channels where the quality will be 'poor'.  If so, there is no fix unless there are HD feeds.

Showcase is broadcast in HD - check you have the HD subscription and on the correct channel.  (106 for me).

Have HD package, some standard and some HD channels poor quality. 100 percent signal strength but only 50 percent signal quality. Need this escalated to skyteam for investigation
