I received a replacement sky q remote a couple of months ago, but today both the home and select buttons have stopped working. I've gone through all the troubleshooting advice but nothing has worked. I've filled in the form to say it's faulty but they have denied my request for a new one. Help!!
You can buy them at most larger supermarkets or Argos etc.
