Some HD channels not working

Hello, 

Some of my HD channels aren't working but others are. BBC1 for instance says I need to upgrade but I pay for hd with my subscription. It did lose signal completely but has come back on now

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.

my tv doesn't look like any of the screens as I have channels just not certain hd

You said you lost Signal @Katecarter .

If this is happening it could be a Dish alignment issue
