Software versions

We recently bought a new tv but we are experiencing picture blurring, we have exchanged the TV but are still getting the same problem. So now we are looking at the Sky Q box, is version Q270.000.08.00L (5u193c0) hardware version 32C00A the latest version or does this require an update?

Q270 is the latest software update. Mine arrived overnight last night.
