Slightly off sound

For about 6 months now the sound has become very slightly delayed with the graphics.  I reported it about a year ago and they gave me a new Sky Q box but this didn't fix it.  For about 1 year now it was was initially only once a week but now it's every day sometimes twice.  I switch off the power for 20 seconds and resets the Sky Q box.  This works untill the next time (often the next day).  This affects Apps  Iplayer, Netflix  etc and recored TV.  Any suggions what I should do, thanks!
