Contacted they have texet a message to saythey have updated and sent a 10 digit ref number,

Not sure i trust this will prevent bieng charged,

Non return

As i say its in use and im on a contract with skyq

Sky are just so difficult to contact ant understand and trust what they say

I nomally give 30 days notice to leave Sky end of each contract and they send me a returns pack.

Usually end of renew the contract and bin the returns package and never been charged.

What can they charge you for if you still in contract with them??
