Skyq online not working

Issue noticed early this morning have tv but don't have menus for online or information.  Have tried to reconnect the WiFi to the box multiple times but network connection is is still an x

have followed the instructions and used the WPS button on hub but won't connect. 
have turned the q box off and disconnected power twice today but still no luck  any help or support? This has been happening intermittently and increasing in frequency over the past few weeks/months
