Skyq mini box cant reactivate

I selected to reactivate my mini box as it wasn't working,  now I cant get it to reactivate when I follow the instructions.  The screen shows 4 steps.  I get to step 2 which is to hold the button on the box (the one with the 2 curved arrows) until it flashes,  but the main light on the box remains solid.  As such,  it never goes past step 2 on screen.  Not sure what to do.

Have you pressed the pairing button on the nearest Q device at the same time ?
