Skyq box ,only had it a few weeks ,today all thumbnails are blue,it's freezing, can't access recordings when I click says no longer available, no satellite signal,checked signal strength it's great,I had done all troubleshooting followed all instructions and still nothing had worked ,although I have rang sky and are sending out a new box, it's just strange that everything on the box apart for YouTube Netflix etc are working, maybe I'm doing something wrong or haven't tried something, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
